  1. You need 2 of pcks noddles.
  2. You need as needed of Salt.
  3. It's 2 tbsp of olive oil.

  6. You need 1 of small onion sliced.
  7. It's 2-3 cups of mixed veggies(cabbage,carrot,bell pepper etc).
  8. You need 1/2 tbsp of pepper powder.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of vinegar.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
  11. You need 1/2 of hot&sweet sauce.

Veg Noddles step by step

  1. Cooking noodles. 1. Bring 4 to 5 cups water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook them all without making them mushy. Follow the instructions on the pack for cook time..
  2. Drain and rinse them well in cold water. Sprinkle 1 tsp oil and smear it to the noodles to prevent them from turning sticky..
  3. Set aside. While the noodles cook, prepare the veggies..
  4. Making veg noodles. 1. Add oil to a hot pan and put on to a high flame..
  5. 2. Saute garlic, green chilies, mace (optional) and star anise (optional) for a minute..
  6. 3. If using onions saute them for a minute. Add carrot, bell pepper & cabbage. Toss & saute for 2 to 3 mins until they are half done yet crunchy..
  7. Pour in vinegar, soya sauce & hot sauce if using. Add cooked noodles, pepper and salt..
  8. Toss and stir fry for 2 mins..
  9. Serve veg noodles hot or warm..
